| Mr. Scott is a native of Kansas City, Kansas, who graduated from Wyandotte High School and attended Kansas City Kansas Community College.
For over 40 years, Scott worked in the construction industry helping build the infrastructure of the Wyandotte County community. In 2001, he retired as a business agent from the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 101. Norman is an active chair member of the Missions for Wyandotte United Methodist Church, and the Wyandotte County Democrats. He previously served as President of Stoney Point Neighborhood Association, and on the Chair of Trustees for Grinter Chapel United Methodist Church. He also serves as a volunteer at Cross-Lines Community Outreach. |
