Payments Accepted Online or Pay by Phone with BillMatrix®
In cooperation with BillMatrix, the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities offers both telephone and online payment options. Payment can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using either a credit card or your bank checking or savings account. A $3.00 convenience fee will be charged and paid to BillMatrix.

All payments received by 2 p.m. Central time Monday through Friday will be posted to your account at the end of the business day. Payments received after 2 p.m. or on weekends and holidays will be posted to your account at the end of the next business day.
