                          BPU’s  Information  Technology  and  Customer
                          Care teams are launching a new phone system to                    NEW HIRES
                          make it easier and faster for you to get the help
                          you  need.  Once  in  place,  our  new  Interactive               Human Resources
                          Voice Response (IVR) system will reduce call wait                 onboarded
                          times,  improve  call  routing,  and  offer  support  in          11 employees
                          Spanish and Hmong – making our care team more
                          accessible for everyone in the community.                         7 of which are
                                                                                            interns.


                  Investing in Reliable Power

                         Work  is  underway  to  bring  one  of  our  key          Nearman Water
                         combustion turbines at the Nearman Creek Power
                         Plant  back  online.  Experts  have  serviced  the        Treatment Plant
                         turbine  to  improve  long-term  performance  in           celebrates 25-year
