(KANSAS CITY, Kan.) —The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU) Board of Directors will be reviewing the 2023 proposed budget during an all-day workshop to be held on Monday, December 5th.
The workshop will begin 8:30 a.m. at the BPU Administration Building located at 540 Minnesota Avenue, KCK.
Thursday’s workshop will consist of budget reviews for all departments and divisions including: Electric Production; Accounting & Finance; General Management; Customer Service; Information Technology; Water; Electric Operations and Electric Supply Divisions.
The final budget will be presented to the Board for their approval during the December 21st Board meeting.
