Has BPU’s rebate program ended?

Yes. BPU’s EnergySmart™ rebate programs for residential customers, commercial customers, and dealers have officially ended. BPU is no longer accepting or processing rebate applications.

Can I still apply if I purchased equipment before the program ended?

No. Rebate eligibility is based on approved and processed applications. Because the program has ended, BPU cannot issue rebates, even if equipment was purchased prior to the program’s retirement.
